The hotel is conveniently located near the Termini train station, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options, with many restaurants serving delicious traditional Italian food. the hotel is close to a metro station, providing further convenience for exploring the city.

There were some issues with the room, such as a bad smell and thin walls, which caused noise from neighboring guests to be easily heard.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being changed and cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were great and the breakfast provided was plentiful and available all day long. The staff, especially Marco, were cute and accommodating. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to the center of this city and within easy walking distance to many attractions. the hotel was easy to reach from the train station.

We had an really good stay at A&F Colosseo Bed & Breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance of top attractions like the Colosseum and the Termini train station. Marco, the host, was cute and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a private bathroom and fridge. The breakfast provided by Marco was delicious, and he even gave us helpful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. we highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends looking for a great value in a central location.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, with easy access to major attractions. the room was beautifully furnished and had exclusive amenities that made our stay extra luxurious. the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch and the private facilities were top-notch. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff that went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

Although the room was wonderful, we did notice some noise from outside that disturbed our sleep. this minor issue did not take away from our overall experience.
